The triathlon events include a 225-yard indoor pool swim, followed by an eight-mile bike course and three-mile run - all on the beautiful campus and botanical gardens of Division I Hofstra University. The event will begin at 7 a.m. - individual walk-in registrations are accepted until 7:15 a.m. All ages, 9 to 99, are welcome. Tax-deductible donation is $45 before June 19 and $50 after June 19. Reduced donations will apply for two- and three-person teams. Awards will be handed out for Individual and Relay winners.
