The Garden City Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the winners of its 27th annual holiday shop window competition. Twelve winners are recognized within the central business district, along with one winner on New Hyde Park Road. Winners included diSalvo Interiors - "Toast of the Town;" Anastasia Salon, Andrew Roberts, Feldis Florist, Garden City Florist, Garden City Properties, Pear Tree, Unique Boutique, B.K. The recreation department is now accepting interest sheets for the second session of adult tennis lessons. This 10-week program is slated to being the week of Jan. 9. Assuming a full class (three to four adults), the cost of the 10-week session is $190. A higher fee will be charged if there are less than three people in a class.
