Jump Start Foundation, in cooperation with the Garden City Athletic Club, will be hosting their second annual 3 on 3 Thanksgiving basketball tournament Saturday, Nov. 27. The event will take place at Island Garden Basketball in West Hempstead, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Mercy Medical Center.

The tournament is open to boys and girls, men and women, ages 9 to 99. Your $25 tax-deductible donation includes playing in the tournament and the very popular Jump Start T-shirt. Spectators are welcome. Come and enjoy the games, food, raffles, sports auction, basketball skill contests, health and exercise booths. Garden City High School students are encouraged to join the newly formed GCHS chapter of Jump Start Foundation.
