Adult Education is offering the following fitness classes starting in September.

Fitness for the Young at Heart is taught by Evelyn Lang and is held at St. Paul's Field House. The classes are for those starting or returning to exercise. You have a choice of sessions on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. starting the week of Sept. 13. The cost is $40 for 10 sessions. There is a $10 discount for seniors 65 or over. There is a $5 fee for non-residents.

Badminton - Intermediate/advanced is held on Tuesdays at the Stratford School gym from 7:30 to 9:45 p.m. starting Sept. 7. The cost is $45, plus sharing the cost of birds. Please note that you register at the class and not through the Adult Education office. No mail registrations are accepted. There is a $5 non-resident fee. This class assumes you know how to play; have your own equipment and no instruction is offered.
