Coalition Intends to Push Third Track Project Forward
Fourteen environmental, business, planning, transit and community advocate groups, dubbed the Coalition for the LIRR Third Track, announced its formation at the Mineola train station May 26. The group, over the next year, hopes to push along the Long Island Rail Road's (LIRR) approximate $300 million Main Line Corridor Improvement Project, which seeks to construct another track on the Main Line from Bellerose to Hicksville, improve roadway crossings and make other improvements to the corridor.

St. Paul's Opinion Survey Results Are In
A committee of representatives from each of Garden City's four property owners' associations (POAs) authored a public opinion survey regarding St. Paul's. The survey, which was mailed to all village households, asked residents to respond to various alternatives for the future use of the historic Main Building as presented in the October 2003 Village Facts.

Third Grade Lady Rams Continue Hot Streak
The third grade Lady Rams held off previously undefeated Massapequa, notching an 11-8 victory this past Sunday at St. Pauls. Coaches Shannon, Jahelka and Coleman saw their team jump out to a 7-4 halftime lead, and then hold off a very competitive Massapequa squad.
