By now, residents should be in receipt of the St. Paul's survey, which was mailed to all village households last Friday, April 16, based on current resident lists. Residents are encouraged to read it carefully and respond before April 30.

A committee of 12 directors who are on the boards of the village's four Property Owners' Associations (POAs) initiated and authored the study, which will permit two adult heads-of-household to respond individually. Duplicated survey forms will invalidate the original and any duplicates.
