John C. Robinson, 88, of Stuart, FL, formerly of Garden City, died on March 27, 2003. A graduate of St. John's University Law School, Jack served under J. Edgar Hoover in the FBI for six years. He was president of Rotary Supply Corp. in NY. He was a founding member of the St. Anne's Nocturnal Adoration Society and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Jack was honored by the Diocese of Rockville Centre in 1957. He was a member of St. Christopher's RC Church, Hobe Sound, FL, and founded the local chapter of the St. Vincent dePaul Society. He was one of the founders of Mariner Sands Chapel in Stuart. He was a member of the Atlantic Beach Club, the Cherry Valley Club and Mariner Sands Country Club in Stuart. Husband of Miriam. Father of Kathy, Joyce, Lynn and Colin. Grandfather of 10. Great-grandfather of two.
