Notice is hereby given that the assessor has completed the assessment roll of the Incorporated Village of Garden City for 2003 and filed the same with Village Clerk Brian Ridgway at his office in village hall, located at 351 Stewart Avenue. Any person can examine the roll during business hours until Feb. 18 and between 5:30-9:30 p.m. on that day, the assessor and at least a majority of the members of the board of trustees, constituting the Board of Review, will meet in village hall to hear complaints in relation to the assessments.
