The Garden City Centennial Soccer Club is now accepting applications for its spring program. This program is open to all girls in grades pre-K through 12 and boys in grades pre-K through 6th grade. Pre-K program is open to any child who will be attending kindergarten in the fall.

Registration forms can be picked up at St. Paul's or the recreation department in village hall. Due to field space limitations this spring with the closing of St. Paul's fields, an early deadline date has been set. The deadline for registrations is Jan. 31. After Jan. 31, applications will be subject to a $25 late fee and will be accepted only if space permits up to Feb. 28, when the registration period will close. It is highly recommended your child's application be received by Jan. 31 if you want to be considered for a coaching position.

The Garden City Centennials sponsor a soccer program for children with special needs. This program is open to boys and girls aged 6 and up. There are no residency requirements for this program. All costs are covered by the Centennial Soccer Club. If you know a child who would like to have fun while learning soccer at their level, call Greg Petzold at 747-1816 for further information.

The Garden City Centennial Travel Committee has applications available for those adults interested in coaching soccer at the travel level. Candidates will be interviewed to coach teams that will begin their season in July 2003. These will be newly formed teams of players whose birth dates fall between Aug. 1, 1993 and Dec. 31, 1994.
