The Garden City Athletic Association began its baseball clinic for fourth to seventh graders on Tuesday, Jan. 7 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. in St. Paul's Field House. The clinic will be run by the Garden City High School coaches and will be held on the following Tuesdays: Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28.

In 2003 the GCAA again will offer its expanded softball clinic at St. Paul's Field House for girls in the fourth grade and up. The clinics will be held on Thursday nights from 7:30 to 9 p.m. on the following dates: Jan. 9, 16, 23, 30; Feb. 6, 13.

The clinics will be run by the Garden City High School Varsity softball coaches along with instructors from clutch hitting. Instruction in various softball skills and windmill pitching will be provided. The registration fee is $25 which can be paid at the clinic.
