Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy recently welcomed Mark Keller of Garden City to her office. Keller visited the Capitol during his trip to Washington, D.C. with the National Youth Leadership Conference, which sends over 350 students who have demonstrated leadership potential and scholarship merit to the annual conference.
