EYP Presents Findings on St. Paul's
Marie Ennis, a structural engineer, and Jorge Szendiuch, an architect, both of Einhorn Yaffee Prescott, Architecture & Engineering (EYP), presented their findings June 27 to various Garden City organizations, the board and the local media after an extensive look at the village's historic St. Paul's building. The study sought to find out whether or not village hall could be relocated to St. Paul's. They will offer their findings again during the July 18 board of trustees meeting for all village residents to hear.

GC Man Allegedly Torched Lefferts Road Residence
Police arrested a 36-year-old Garden City man last week after he allegedly set leaves and other combustibles on fire and threw the pile into an open basement window of a home on Lefferts Road where three occupants were sleeping inside.

The first session of swim lessons began on Tuesday, July 2 and will conclude on Friday, July 12. Lessons are held rain or shine, except if the pool is closed due to thunder or lightning.

Recreation Department News
The recreation department is happy to announce the beginning of its registration for both boys and girls lacrosse camp for children who are residents of the village. This camp will be held on the fields at St. Paul's the week of July 8-11 and July 15-18. A child can sign up for either or both weeks. All equipment will be provided.
