Senator Kemp Hannon encourages the public to tune in to a special edition of "Senator Hannon's Legislative Update" featuring New York State Governor George Pataki discussing the state-of-the-state. The program will air Tuesday May 28, 9 p.m., channel 70.

"So many aspects of life in New York State have changed since September 11 but with Governor Pataki's outstanding leadership, New York continues to move forward in a positive direction. Watch my program to learn firsthand from the governor about the current economic climate of the state as well as future plans to improve our quality of life," Hannon said.

During "Senator Hannon's Legislative Update," Hannon and Pataki will touch on the 2002-03 state budget and its effects as well as overall education and environmental concerns in New York State.

"Senator Hannon's Legislative Update" airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. on Channel 70.
