Thank you for the tremendous outpouring of donations and help for our Easter project of delivering meals to homebound senior citizens. With the help of so many, we were able to provide complete hot dinners and visit 103 recipients on Easter Sunday.

Many individuals and groups contribute to make this program such a success. We are grateful for the financial help from local residents as well as from the Woman's Club of Garden City, the Garden City Chapter of the Homemakers Council and the Mineola Kiwanis Club.

We are grateful to the children from Mrs. Millot's class at Hemlock School, Mrs. Gabriel's and Mrs. Gilday's classes at Stewart School and Mrs. Olsen's and Mrs. Shea's classes at the Garden City Middle School for their beautiful artwork and notes enclosed with each meal. Each of you helped in some way to brighten the day of a neighbor in need.

It is our privilege to coordinate this program, which only continues because of your generosity and support. We couldn't have done it without you!
