The Recreation Department is announcing the start of a series of interviews for summer jobs at the pool. If you enjoy being outdoors and are willing to make the commitment to being part of a team that works hard to provide quality facilities for our residents, we'd like to talk to you!

If you are presently a high school junior or older and are ready to make a commitment for a great summer job, stop in at the Recreation Office in Village Hall, pick up an application, and schedule an appointment for an interview.

Reminder: even if you were employed by the pool last year, you are still required to reapply and be interviewed for the upcoming season.

Interviews will be conducted on the following dates -

Friday, Dec. 28 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 5 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

No interviews will be conducted without an appointment and positions will not be offered to applicants without an interview.

Any child interested in playing on intramural tournament teams for the winter season should call Sandy Young at 739-1305 for further information or to indicate interest. This program is open to boys and girls in grades two and up. Now that the fall soccer season is over, it is not too early to sign up for spring intramural soccer. Applications can be obtained at the Recreation Dept. in Village Hall or at St. Paul's.
