The Recreation Department gives preference to the various village youth organizations (Centennials, GCAA, etc.) for their intramural and travel league programs. These fields are available for use by village residents when the fields are not in use by various village youth organizations, the Recreation Department or groups holding a valid field permit. Additionally, for reasons of safety, do not move or relocate any soccer goals on any fields. To ensure a safe facility, the goals are fastened to the ground. Moving goals without properly securing them can lead to a dangerous situation when playing on the field. Please note that play-ability of Recreation Department fields will be determined by the Recreation Department employee on duty at the fields.
Now that the fall sports season has begun, the Recreation Department asks that coaches, parents and children do their part in keeping the green space clean. Please pick up all bottles, cans and trash before leaving the area. The Recreation Department thanks everyone in advance for their thoughtfulness.
