A National Advisory Board, comprised of sportwriters from across the country, selected Bethany as the top player in New York, making her a member of the prestigious Gatorade Circle of Champions. As a state winner, she will be sent a personalized plaque and now qualifies for consideration for the National High School Girls Basketball Player of the Year award.

The Gatorade Company has commended the high school for ensuring that student-athletes have an environment that allows them to realize their potential, Bethany's accomplishments, commented Vice President Tom Fox, are a direct reflection upon and a credit to the high school athletic program.

Congratulations Bethany on another well-deserved award.
