The Village Board of Trustees has scheduled a Public Forum for Thursday evening, Feb. 15, at 8 p.m. in the board room at Village Hall to receive comments on the issues raised in the Planning Commission's Oct. 12, 2000 "Parking Study Report - Franklin Avenue Corridor between Fifth and Eleventh Streets."
The format that will be followed is that all persons wishing to speak will be asked to register prior to the Forum. Their name will be called from the dais in order of registration and they will be given three (3) minutes to address the Board of Trustees from a lectern in the audience. Registration will open at 7 p.m. in the Village Hall lobby.
I have had copies of the Planning Commission's Report sent to the public library where they are available for your review on the Reference Section.
While residents are most aware that our police department's average response time to emergencies is within two minutes, they will also be pleased with the department's productivity during the past calendar year.
