We are fortunate that a person with such outstanding abilities and qualities volunteers to serve as village trustee when vital decisions are to be made. St. Paul's building, village hall renovation, Business Improvement District, and business parking issues are soon to be voted upon.

The most important is St. Paul's. To preserve it will cost millions and to tear it down destroys our heritage. John Mauk's predisposition is to save St. Paul's and work with the other trustees to find a reasonable cost solution. It will require thorough consideration of alternatives, a careful analysis of consultant reports, construction management and contract administration; work that John Mauk performs for the World Trade Center.

We need him now. Vote for John Mauk Tuesday, Jan. 30, 4-9:30 p.m. at the high school.

Morton Yuter

Past President, Estates POA
