Winifred Bushell Barter, 91, formerly of Garden City, died on Dec. 19, 2000. Wife of the late Harold E. Barter. Mother of Bruce D. Barter. Grandmother of two. Great-grandmother of two. Sister of Reginald D. Bushell. A memorial service will be held at the Hempstead Methodist Church at a later date.
