These teen programs are focused on the fundamentals of recreational and competitive play, including tennis fitness, stroke mechanics, positional play movement, and strategies. All strokes are introduced and/or reviewed in the first several sessions, with drills and integration of strokes and strategies built into the subsequent lessons. Students are taught how to practice effectively, and "coached play" is used to provide ongoing feedback regarding each player's progress. Effort and improvement are stressed. A tournament will be held at the conclusion of each session. Teen Tennis Program Classes are offered as follows:

The goal of our adult program is to provide a sound basis for recreational play, and to develop the love of tennis as a "lifetime sport." Instruction focuses on the fundamentals of movement, groundstrokes, serve, volley, and overhand strokes with concurrent instruction in the principles of singles and doubles play. Input from the adult student is encouraged in order to maximize the relevance of the instruction to their individual goals or needs. The objective is to provide a framework of instruction which helps build a clear understanding of functional stroke techniques as well as insights into effective play strategies.
