The Recreation Department Summer Concert Series continues on Thursday, July 27 at 7:15 p.m. with an evening of Big Band and Popular music, presented by Tom Wagner and The Village Musicmakers. The Village Musicmakers have been one of the most popular acts to perform at the Gazebo since their appearance at the initial Gazebo Concert in 1984.
The Summer Concerts are held at the Gazebo on Village Green, which is located at the corner of Hilton and Stewart Avenues. Admission to the concerts is free of charge to all residents. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the great music under the beautiful summer sky. In the event of rain, shows are held indoors at the Cultural and Performing Arts Center at Cluett Hall at Saint Paul's School. Due to space limitations at Cluett Hall, proof of Garden City residency is required for all shows moved indoors.
