The Recreation Department Summer Concert Series continues on Thursday, July 13 at 7:15 p.m. with an evening of country music performed by Jackalope Junction. Featuring both traditional country sounds, as well as the more "rock-flavored" contemporary country, Jackalope Junction is one of the area's most popular country bands.
The Summer Concerts are held at the Gazebo on Village Green, which is located at the corner of Hilton and Stewart Avenues. Admission to the concerts is free of charge to all residents. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the great music under the beautiful summer sky. In the event of rain, shows are held indoors at the Cultural and Performing Arts Center at Cluett Hall at Saint Paul's School. Due to space limitations at Cluett Hall, proof of Garden City residency is required for all shows moved indoors. For additional information about the Concert Series, please call the Recreation Office at 465-4075.
