Garden City residents who are students at Master Charles Water's Karate and Fitness Studio, recently participated in the third Regional Tournament which took place in Fishkill, NY. There are four Regional Soo Bahk Do Tournaments a year and one national tournament. This year the National Tournament will be in November in New Jersey.
