I am writing to thank you for your help in publicizing my Eagle project. Thanks to you and the incredible generosity of your readers, I collected over 2,800 children's books and dictionaries, which were given to agencies in Nassau County that serve children at risk. With the help of fellow members of Troop 56, I also constructed several bookcases, which will be given to children in families who are leaving homeless shelters for their own apartments.

The results from your notices were truly outstanding and I once again express my gratitude to you and to all who donated books.
