Arthur P. Duffy, of Garden City, died on Jan. 6, 2000. He was a special agent with the FBI for 25 years and the oldest living Eagle Scout in Nassau County. Husband of Ruby M. Brother of Dorothy Duffy. Uncle of David and Nancy Duffy, Janet Parker, Ellen and Ron Pecina, John Duffy and 11 grandnieces and nephews. Brother-in-law of Rita A. Duffy and Ceil Duffy.
