She was a member of the Community Church, the Community Club of Garden City, the Daughters of the American Revolution and American Red Cross. She was a volunteer with the Library Exchange of Garden City, Mineola Hospital Thrift Shop and the Veteran's Hospital in Northport. Mother of Donald Warren Jr. Grandmother of Nancy Wierzbowski, Barbara Warren, Wendy Mendelsohn and Donald Warren III. Great-grandmother of five. Great-great grandmother of one. Interment Otis, MA. Mother-in-law of Karen Kaestle. Grandmother of Andrew. Sister of Alice Rechlin Perkins, Charles Merten and Carolyn Merten Slodowski. Aunt of Thomas Rechlin and Gregory and Justin Slodowski.
