Just when we thought our food pantry shelves would be emptier than they have ever been before, the parishioners of St. Anne's parish came through again with another bountiful food drive. What good and generous people you have there. They always, always respond to the needs of our hurting people here in Wyandanch. As pastor, you must be most proud of them and feel very blessed. Please let all of them know how grateful we are.

We want to especially thank Virginia Mitchell who publicizes, manages and organizes, giving her best energy and zeal to the food drives. Also special thanks to April Wenk, John Fay, Florence and Harry Keefe, Barbara Gallagher and Virginia Rowe for each delivering car loads of food to Wyandanch.

Because of all this help we are able to keep our doors open. Thanks and special blessings to everyone who was part of the food drive. You are partners with us in fleshing out the gospel call to "...feed the hungry."
