Virginia O. Ferry, the beloved wife of Vincent J. Ferry, died on July 24, 1999 after a lenthy illness. She was a longtime resident of Garden City. She graduated from Garden City High School in 1937. She attended Skidmore College before a career with Coca-Cola Export Company in NY. She was a daily communicant at St. Joseph's RC Church and was a member of the Altar Guild and Rosary Society. She is survived by three sons, Vincent Jr., Mark and Paul; daughters-in-law, Patricia (Durkin) Ferry and Carrie Ann (Friedrich) Ferry; grandchildren, Mathew, Christopher, Michael and Conor; her sister, Alice Hanabergh; and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's Church. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Meriden, CT.
