Adult Education is pleased to announce that there will be Fitness Over 50 classes starting in July.

Residents have a choice of sessions on Tuesday mornings, starting July 6 or on Thursday mornings, starting July 8. Residents of course, also have the option to sign up for both classes!

Each class will consist of six one-hour sessions from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Classes will be held at the Firehouse on Stewart and Edgemere. The fee is only $25 for Garden City residents and $30 for non-residents.

The classes will be led by Elaine Braun, who is a very popular teacher due to her skills and talents.

So, come and join Elaine Braun and her program of low-impact aerobics while listening to musical favorites. By signing up now, participants will increase flexibility and conditioning as well as toning. What a perfect way to enhance one's enjoyment of summer!
