The Garden City Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) is hosting its Spring Festival on Sunday, May 16. The day's activities will begin at noon and continue until 5 p.m. and will include six musical groups from the Garden City Schools, jugglers, face painting, cyclists, clowns, characters, strolling singers, magicians, a host of amusement games, and a guest appearance from "Goggles."
