At our last General Membership Meeting Dennis Kelleher of H2M and Robert Mangan, superintendent of Public Works, attended our meeting and discussed the pinhole leak study conducted by H2M, This topic is of great concern to our residents. If future problems of this nature develop on your premises, contact Superintendent Mangan at Village Hall. I would also like to thank Don McCauley and Scott Dexter of 660 West for providing refreshments for our meeting. The meeting also featured two members of our board, John Watras and Robert Bolebruck, providing an informative presentation regarding personal investment and finances.
At our upcoming General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, April 14, the WPOA will feature the annual visit from Superintendent of Schools Dr. Lee Wilson. In addition, Michael Fillipon, superintendent of Buildings and his associate, Gerard Cattania, will discuss issues related to home extensions, filing of permits, procedures, etc.
The annual election of WPOA Officers and Directors will also take place at the beginning of the meeting.
There is a great need for more participation in the WPOA. The organization can only be effective if there is participation, interest and input.
An update by our trustees will be provided concerning issues like St. Paul's, the Franklin Avenue Beautification Project, and the Village Hall Capital Project.
If there are any issues that you want to be a subject for a future WPOA General Meeting, please contact our association.
Please join us at our April 14 General Membership Meeting.
