George J. Colucci, DMD, of Garden City, died on May 17, 1998. He served as an Army dentist during WWII and practiced dentistry for 40 years in Queens. Husband of Irene. Father of Richard, Stephen and Jeffrey and their wives. Grandfather of Suzanne, Michael, Elizabeth, Richard, James and Michele. Arrangements were made by the Fairchild Chapel, Garden City. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph's RC Church. Interment St. John's Cemetery. Fannie Redvanly, of Garden City, died on May 17, 1998. Wife of the late Abraham. Mother of Marilyn Johnson, Carol Redvanly and Alan Redvanly. Mother-in-law of Sunta Redvanly and James Johnson. Arrangements were made by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Floral Park. Religious service at St. Elisabeth's Episcopal Church. Interment Nassau Knolls Cemetery. Donations can be made, in Fannie Redvanly's memory, to St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn. Ethel Mitchell Connolly, 99, of Athens, OH formerly of Garden City, died on May 21, 1998 at Hickory Creek Nursing Center, The Plains, OH. She was born in Fishkill, NY on Oct. 26, 1898, daughter of the late John and Fanny Ager Mitchell. She was a graduate of Girls High School in Brooklyn and she attended a business college in NYC. Mrs. Connolly is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth C. Witchey of Honolulu, HI; her daughter and son-in-law, Cecily J. and Thomas Bow of Athens, OH; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Joseph Connolly in 1969 and her brother, John Mitchell. Arrangements were made by the Auchmoody Funeral Home, Fishkill. Graveside services conducted by Rev. Dr. Peter Durkee at Fishkill Rural Cemetery.
