Friends of Garden City Baseball Annual Christmas Tree Sale

The Friends of Garden City Baseball will hold its 8th Annual Christmas Sale. The funds raised will help to support the Garden City High School Varsity Baseball spring trip. This will mark the 27th consecutive year they plan to play games throughout Virginia, and North and South Carolina.

For the cost of $48 you get a fresh Douglas Fir (six to eight feet tall) that is farmed in Pennsylvania. Pre-ordered trees may be picked up at the Garden City High School tennis courts on Dec. 12 from 3 to 6 p.m.; Dec. 13 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; or Dec. 14 from 9 a.m. to noon. If you wish you may personally tag and prepay for your tree and it will be delivered on Saturday, Dec. 13.

To order a tree, include your name, address, telephone number, the size of the tree and whether you want to pick up the tree or have it delivered. Mail this information and a check for $48 payable to "Friends of Garden City Baseball", c/o Garden City Middle School, Garden City, NY 11530.

For those who do not pre-order, a limited amount of trees will be available for purchase.
