Ceili

The Irish American Society of Nassau, Suffolk & Queens, Inc. is pleased to announce a society Ceili will be held of Friday, Nov. 7 at 9 p.m. at the Irish American Center. Donation is $10 (students $7).

Music will be by Pete Kelly, Brendan Fahey and John Fitzpatrick. Coffee, tea and soda bread will be served.

Chris Scott is chairing the evening and invited all to come out and bring a few friends and join in the fun at the center.

Monster Ceili

A Monster Ceili will be held on Saturday evening, Nov. 15 at 6 p.m. at the Irish American Center. Donation is $10. Music for the evening donated by the CCE Mid-Atlantic Region Musicians.

Denis O'Sullivan and John McGuran are chairing the Ceili and invite all to come out. Bring a few friends and join in the fun.

Door proceeds go to the Famine Memorial - Battery Park, NY.

Big Band Sounds and Super Drawing

A dance and super drawing will be held at the Irish Center on Sunday, Nov. 16 at 6 p.m. Donation is $10.

Music will be the very popular Bantry Bay Big Band, with sounds of the 40s, 50s, 60s and more.

James Cashin and Hilda Benn are chairing the evening and invite all to come out for a fine time here at the center.

Thanksgiving Dance

The annual Thanksgiving dance will be held at The Irish American Center on Saturday evening Nov. 22 at 9:30 p.m. Donation is $10.

The very popular Richie O'Shea and his band will be there for your dancing pleasure.

Martin and Trish Hillery are chairing the evening and invite all to come out for a fine time at the center.
