News Seeking a Candidate for Architectural BoardThe Joint Conference Committee of the four Property Owners Associations is seeking qualified candidates with specific qualifications geared toward Landscape Architecture and Design to fill a vacancy on the Village's Architectural Design Review Board. The qualifications and experience requirements include a Landscaping Architecture Degree, Urban Planning and Design experience and proper licensing to practice Landscaping Architecture in the State of New York. Memberships in related professional organizations are encouraged. Candidates will be expected to review professionally commercial and residential Landscape projects, provide comments and recommendations at Village meetings and provide technical knowledge in the areas involved. Resumes should be mailed to Donald P. Jenkins, chairman, Joint Conference Committee, 109 Jackson Street, Garden City, NY 11530 before Nov. 14, 1997. Interviews will be scheduled by the committee and the candidates will be notified accordingly. |
