Annette W. O'Brien, of Floral Park, died on March 13, 2009. Mother of Russell, Roger and the late Thomas. A religious service was held on March 16 at St. Elisabeth Episcopal Church. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Floral Park.
