Norman was the beloved son of the late Mary Hill and younger brother to the late Edmund Hill. He is survived by his devoted and caring wife Pat. Mr. Hill was a wonderful father to Pat's children, the late Robert Bourne and Vincent and his wife Kimberly; and grandchildren who then became his children. Norman's compassion for all people he came in contact with knew no limits. He personified the meaning of being a Christian.
