Eivind Svendsen died on Aug. 27, 2006 in Williamsburg, VA. He was born Dec. 20, 1932 in Glen Cove. He is survived by his wife Janice; his children, Christopher and Donna Svendsen, Kara and Paul Gustafsson and Peter and Laura Svendsen. Also survived by his grandchildren, Britt and Erik Gustafsson and Samantha and Nicholas Svendsen. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Floral Park.
