To help garner support in opposing the Metropolitan Transportation Authority/Long Island Rail Road's (MTA/LIRR) Main Line Corridor Improvements Project, which, among other things, suggests adding an additional track to the LIRR Main Line, Floral Park Mayor Phil Guarnieri shed some light on the topic at the Village of Garden City's Dec. 1 board meeting.
