Floral Park Mayor Phil Guarnieri recently made a presentation to the Nassau County Village Officials Association (NCVOA) regarding the Long Island Rail Road's proposed third track mega-project. The NCVOA, representing 64 villages in Nassau County, has joined Floral Park in opposing the additional track.
