Angelo D. Insardi, of Floral Park, died on April 16, 2005. He was a WWII Navy veteran, Scoutmaster and chairman of Troop 482. He was a retired captain FDNY, 30 years. Husband of Matilda (nee Domogala). Father of Andrew (Joan), Daniel (Candace), David (Patricia), Philip (Carol), Stephen and the late Richard and Raymond. Son of the late Anthony and Lena Insardi. Brother of Constance FitzGerald and the late Mary Colla, David and Josephine. Grandfather of 11. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, New Hyde Park.
