As a senior citizen, Bernard Klein has a dream about where he would like to spend the rest of his life, along with a number of other senior citizens who might like to join him. He plans to build condominiums at 330 Jericho Turnpike, a site he currently owns, and hopes that the community will embrace his desire, of what he calls a "wave of the future" for people over the age of 55.
