Citizens' Party Candidate Phil Guarnieri is seeking re-election to a two-year term as trustee in the Floral Park village election Tuesday, March 16. Mayor Steve Corbett appointed Guarnieri, a 40-year resident of Floral Park, back in April 1995. He has been elected four successive times and presently serves as deputy mayor. FULL STORY
