I was at the computer writing this message when the power went off. I heard a fire horn in the distance, discovered I had no dial tone and my fire call pager seemed too quiet. I immediately headed for village hall to learn the extent of the power outage. While concerned that it appeared to be effecting the tri-state area, Canada and Ohio, I was somewhat relieved to hear reports that it probably wasn't the result of some terrorist attack. FULL STORY
