Floral Park Mayor Ann Corbett cuts the ribbon to open the new recreation-pool building on a rainy New Year's Day along with Trustees Phil Guarnieri, Kevin Greene, Gerry Bambrick and Tom Tweedy. About 300 residents toured the facility and enjoyed punch, hot chocolate and snacks.
