Martin J. Bartow Martin J. Bartow, of Merrick, formerly of Floral Park and Barefoot Bay, FL, died on Oct. 15, 2001. He was a retired supervising Senior Deputy Sheriff for the City of NY. Husband of the late Adelaide F. (nee Travis). Father of Barbara A. Galowski, Martin T. Bartow, Mary B. Kearns, Judith A. Bartow and Peggy Bartow. Grandfather of 20. Great-grandfather of 48. Arrangements were made by the Leo F. Kearns Funeral Home, East Meadow. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Snows RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery. Contributions can be made, in Martin Bartow's name, to the FDNY Widows and Children's Fund, UFA, 204 E. 23 St., New York, NY 10010.
Lee Sollami, of Floral Park, died on Oct. 18, 2001. Wife of the late Charles. Mother of James, John and Jeanne. Sister of Margaret. Mother-in-law of Joan and Christine. Grandmother of Stephen and Michael. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Floral Park. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Victory RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery.
