    To honor summer and the towns and villages of Long Island, Cablevision Systems Corporation is announcing a new program designed to create beautiful flower gardens throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties. After a successful pilot project in select Long Island communities like East Williston, Cablevision is expanding eligibility for the initiative to all Long Island municipalities.
