Turkey and cranberries, along with a bit of the Holiday bubbly, must have put some "giddyap" in the arms of the Floral Park Knights of Columbus pin spillers, as they "had at" the Sterling Lanes lumber in what has come to be known as The 2345 Explosion! Week after week, their pin-pounding gets stronger and stronger, giving the onlooker a view of what's in store as soon as the year 2000 turns the corner. The writer looks for a "wipe-out" of past records, as week after week there is an upward spiral of bowling know-how and scoring wherever the local Caseys unzip their bowling bags.
