Floral Park American Legion Post #334 has joined the 1999 Toys for Tots Campaign sponsored by the US Marine Corps Reserve. In addition, Floral Park Toys for Tots Coordinator Jim Whalen, president of the Floral Park Chamber of Commerce, announces Post Commander Jim McDonald has joined the Toys for Tots Committee. New unwrapped toys for boys and girls will be accepted at the Post, 17 Elizabeth Street on Friday nights.

Toys are also accepted at EAB, 215 Jericho Turnpike; EAB, 15 Verbena Avenue; North Fork Bank, 170 Tulip Avenue, normal business hours; and at Beiers Old Fashion Quality Restaurant, 25 Atlantic Avenue every day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
